Learn.
Scalia Law launched the Kelly McNamara Corley Institute for Diversity & Inclusion Education to serve as a national catalyst for D&I programs that educate law students and legal educators about this social and economic imperative and the civil discourse it can engender.
Thirty years of leading teams of lawyers has taught me the value of a diverse and inclusive workforce to solve complex problems and drive innovation and change. What started as a societal imperative has become an essential component of workforce culture. Discover’s legal department played a major role in that evolution and a number of law firms helped us make diversity a key ingredient of our success. I am delighted that Antonin Scalia Law School has stepped up to lead the effort to equip law students and their employers with the skills necessary to leverage diversity and inclusion to innovate and serve clients better.

Guest lecturers from corporations, law firms, and educational institutions volunteer their time to help educate students and prepare them for today’s workplace.
A for-credit follow-on course on D&I Predictive Analytics ran for the first time this year.
